• Monopoly Banker is a companion app for organizing and refereeing board games.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account and game information you enter.
• You must follow the rules of the game you are playing and any local laws that apply.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt to bypass app or backend security.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful, or misleading activity.

Service behavior

• Features may change, be paused, or be removed as the app evolves.
• Real-time sync, reports, and gameplay tools depend on the backend and network connectivity.
• We may limit or end access to the service if needed to protect users or the platform.

Third-party services

• The app uses camera, geolocation, audio playback, storage, and network services provided by your device and Flutter plugins.
• Those services are subject to their own platform permissions and policies.

Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every game state will always sync perfectly in poor network conditions.
